The IFA annual convention brought together more than 4000 franchisors, chain directors, chain developers and chain managers from all over the world.
Dr. Perrigot was awarded the prize for her research entitled Franchising in the healthcare sector: The case of CFW in Kenya. She also presented the main results of this research during the Franchising in the Social Sector TaskForce and Educational Foundation Board of Trustees & Strategic Planning sessions on 29th and 31st January 2017.
This recognition from the business world on an international scale highlights the possible links between research and franchising practices on the one hand and on the other hand, the relevance of the franchising model in the social sector in Africa and other emerging countries.
